About us...
Objectives
           We are a team of psychologists specialized in clinic psychology and psychotherapy with a vast experience in working with children with special educational needs (over 10 years old) that act from the desire to promote the early intervention in development disorders, and also in the provision of specialized services to interested people.
           We appeared in the context of a stringent need, so that in the field of special education to offer recuperation services of behavioral type to children with development disorders such as ABA therapy - Applied Behavior Analysis – applied behavioral therapy, logopedics, kinetotherapy, socialization, all these composing the personalized intervention plan, specific for each and every child separately after initial and periodical evaluations. We also collaborate with a specialist in infantile psychiatry.
           Our focus is on children with different development and language disorders, including those with associated disorders. In most cases also autism is associated with these disorders. For this purpose we gather data constantly, including during intervention, in order to have a general perspective over the psychological evolution of the child, but we also observe the evolutions on strict fields, such as language, self-service skills, cognitive behavior, etc.
           It is a known fact that different clinicians can use a different terminology for the same child. Often it is difficult to put a clear diagnostic of the development disorders at small children, especially when there are other associated disorders. This is why in case your child has been already diagnosed by specialist in the field, we recommend the immediate start of the therapeutic process. This will help at the development of the skills necessary for a socially adapted life.
           We are also aware of the fact that work only in an organized fashion does not bring in the life of any child maximum satisfactions and efficiency, if it isn’t doubled by a strict and organized program at home, in order to double the efforts of the specialist. This is why we make available to the beneficiaries services of individual, parental, family, couple counseling.
The program to direct intervention:

  • The children to be diagnosed as quickly as possible, in this issue we have experience in clinic psychology of over 10 years
  • To be developed a personalized plan according to the needs and strong points of the child with special educational needs;
  • The children with autism to beneficiate of an intensive behavioral therapy – ABA therapy.
  • The elaboration of personalized intervention programs, adapted to the needs and possibilities of the autistic child, child with ADHD but also to children with other development disorders;
  • Realization of ABA behavioral or cognitively behavioral therapies, but also TEACCH and PECS.
  • To make an easy and efficient passing to school and/or other services for children;
  • To help at the intellectual and physiological development of the children with development disorders;
  • To provide a warm and friendly environment similar to the one at home, thus offering children the impression that therapy is a simple game.
  • Each stage of the personalized intervention has the purpose to acquire clearly established skills and their generalization outside the therapeutic space.

           The achievement of these objectives is done by the application of the following programs: Direct intervention program, based on the application of the principles of applied behavioral therapy (ABA-Applied Behavioural Analysis) and on the theories of learning;

           The program is intensively by the means of approach, this means more hours a day – around 40 a week, according to the needs of the child, being adapted to the age and the psychological characteristics of the child.

           The therapeutic approach corresponds to the ethic and professional standards imposed by the Romanian College of Psychologists.
